Quotes and Queue

By sending a quote, you agree that you have read these terms fully and thoroughly.

 

Your spot may move up or down on the waitlist depending on payments, communication and current stock. Your place in the queue always depends on multiple factors.

 

Ordering

I do not work with individuals under the age of 18, and I require a government issued photo id to confirm your age.

 

A 2 or 3 view reference sheet is required.

 

Measurement sheets will be required to fill out when you send in your commission. A duct tape dummy (DTD) is required for all full suits and bodysuits. You are responsible for DTD shipping, but I will ship it back with your suit if you would like. 

 

Payment and Refunds

30% of the price quoted to you is required to be paid up front. This deposit is nonrefundable, and also applies to premade items.

 

Payment plans are available.

 

If you are purchasing a premade item, there will be no refunds or exchanges.

 

Paypal is currently the only accepted method of payment.

 

If you miss two or more payments and refuse to communicate or be reasonable about the situation then your commission may be considered abandoned and sold.

 

If you choose to cancel your commission after I have started the suit, you give me your permission to modify it and sell it, and you are refunded what I can give back to you depending on the progress I have made.

 

During the process the refund amounts are as follows

Project not started= 70% refund

Project not started but materials ordered=70% - material cost

25% done=50% refund

50% done=25% refund

75% done=no refund, project will be sold

 

Deadlines

I will make no promise that your suit will be delivered by a specific deadline. If you pay off the suit as soon as possible and get on my work queue long before your deadline then it is likely to be met.

 

I will periodically send you work in progress images during the process of making your suit, so if you see an error, point it out!  If you do not point out anything wrong in WIP images, it is not my fault if there is an error.  After I work on a suit, WIP images will be posted on telegram, trello, and twitter, so please tell me if you don't want your suit's WIP images posted!  I will be glad to oblige. 

 

Pictures

Prior to shipping out, your suit parts may be modeled by me or another model of my choosing. The model will be no larger than your measurements, and be fully washed and clothed prior to wearing your suit. These pictures will be for my gallery and reference only, and may appear on any of my websites. Let me know if you don't want your pictures posted, but they will still be kept for personal reference.

Shipping and Warranty

All commissions will be tracked via USPS and insured. If a package is lost in the mail contact me and I will start the insurance process. 

 

All Items will be shipped to the address provided on paypal if you do not specify otherwise.

 

All shipping fees: packaging, insurance, customs and import fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

 

Every suit comes with a 6 month warranty (from the date you received your suit), so if a major part needs repairing and it's my fault I will repair it as long as you cover shipping to me. I will cover shipping back to you. 

 

Damage associated with normal wear and tear is not covered. Please clean your suit before sending it back to me for repairs, or else you will be charged a $50 washing fee.

 

My Rights and Responsibilities

I have the right to refuse service to anyone. This is usually because the idea is too complicated, references are poor, or a customer is being difficult.

 

I have the right to terminate a commission if I feel the commissioner is going against the TOS.
